Win a $100 Diapers.com Shopping Spree!

Stock up on all your summer essentials in the new Diapers.com Summer Boutique!

To say that I'm a fan of Diapers.com would be a vast understatement.  When my daughter Sadie was born, Diapers.com was our absolute lifeline.  Not only did the site carry pretty much everything we needed as new parents (except sleep, of course), it delivered it right to our door the next day, usually for free (it's not hard to meet the $49 minimum when you're buying diapers by the truckload).  As Sadie grew, Diapers.com grew right along with her, and we found ourselves purchasing ...

$1 Wonder: Arm & Hammer

Who knew there were so many amazing uses for the magic in this little box?

A dollar doesn't buy much these days, but it does buy what just might prove to be the most valuable item in your home - a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda.  I'll admit that, until recently, I hadn't thought of using baking soda for anything other than baking or for keeping my fridge and freezer odor-free.  So when my daughter Sadie and I were invited to a tea hosted by Arm & Hammer and television personality Jill Cordes (who I've enjoyed watching since her days as the ...

Macaroni Drives: Volkswagen Routan

Not your ordinary minivan!

With summer road trip season nearly upon us, it's time to start thinking cars.  Whether you're a city gal like me who rents the occasional vehicle for a weekend jaunt or family vacation, or a suburban dweller with a full-fledged garage (jealous!), chances are, safety and comfort are tops on your list when deciding on the right car for your family.  You'll hit a home run on both fronts with the Volkswagen Routan.  Aptly billed as a "driver's minivan," the Routan combines German sensibilities in design ...
