Sunday, March 25 through Monday, March 26 - The New York Philharmonic's Very Young People's Concert: Forte & Piano

The "Very Young People's Concerts" series introduces kids to classical music through imaginative engagement, active listening, and hands-on music-making.  This season, in Mozart and Friends, the Philharmonic feature some of the most delightful music ever composed, set to stories of Philippe the Penguin.  Each concert also explores basic musical ideas through movement and vocalization, with the irrepressible Rebecca Young as your host.  In this concert, children will learn how dynamics make music fun, with music from Mozart’s Gran partita, performed by wind quintet.
