Cars, buses and bicycles fill our streets, pedestrians pound the pavement on sidewalks, and subways rumble underground.  How do all of these modes of transportation manage to share the same space, and how do they relate to the buildings and people that make up the city? Following a walking tour to investigate the transportation in East Harlem, participants will work together to design a transportation master plan for the future of New York City.
