Mother's Day Cocktail Recipes from Godiva Spirits
Dazzle Mom with these refreshingly delicious concoctions!
I've been so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life with a newborn that I only recently realized that Mother's Day is just around the corner. And for me, it can't come soon enough! I'm hoping to have a chance to sleep in, avoid diaper duty, and indulge in some of my favorite foods. And I'm also never one to turn down a tasty cocktail. So of course I was delighted when Godiva Spirits invited me to an exclusive luncheon celebrating moms and showcasing a number of creative cocktails crafted by renowned mixologits especially for Mother's Day and featuring Godiva's line of chocolate-infused spirits. Yep, everyone's favorite chocolate company now makes a full line of enticing spirits, including Chocolate Raspberry Vodka, White Chocolate Liqueur, and Chocolate Vodka.
Hosted in a breathtakingly beautiful private dining room at A Voce restaurant in the Time Warner Center, and featuring a menu designed especially for our group by Executive Chef Missy Robbins, the Godiva Spirits event was filled with laughter, delicious food and of course, plenty of cocktails. Truth be told, I would have loved anything they put in front of me at this event since it was one of the first times I'd left the house post-baby, but the food and drinks were enough to impress me even sans the newborn haze. I'm hoping my husband whips up one of these tasty cocktails for me next Sunday!
And of course, I just had to share the recipes for these amazing Godiva Spirits cocktail creations with my Macaroni Kid readers. Cheers to you this Mother's Day!
