Don't miss out on all the fun, and please be sure to let them know you saw it in Macaroni Kid NYC Upper East Side! Events are subject to change or cancellation. Friday, July 30th

1.  Movies Under the Stars: Little Women (PG) @ Robert Moses Playground - The 2019 film about Jo March and her sisters shines on a big outdoor screen, thanks to NYC Parks.


Saturday, July 31st

2. Dragon Boat Family Festival with Museum of Chinese in America - Don’t miss the boat! Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival (端午节) with a whole week of festivities, starting with our in-person Dragon Boat Family Festival on Saturday, July 31st. Join us for a morning full of arts & crafts, storytelling, and scavenger hunts! Learn about dragon boat racing; design your own buoyant boat; make a miniature drum; stuff a fragrant, lucky xiāng bāo; and much more family fun!

3. 2021 HARLEM SUMMER GAMES in Central Park - Spend a summer evening playing in Harlem's free Olympic Games competition—there's a prize at the end of the summer, in addition to weekly prizes. Don't know how to play? This is the perfect place to learn and pick up some new skills. July 31st:  Wiffle Ball in Central Park - North Meadow Softball Field 2

4. All About Bats @ 81st Street and Central Park West - Bats are amazing and awe-inspiring animals, and they're the only mammals who can fly! You've probably seen them flying around at dusk as they forage for insects and mosquitos. Join the Urban Park Rangers for an evening of fun-filled facts about these amazing mammals.

5. Tie Dye July @ Children's Museum of Manhattan - Kids are invited to design their own socks and t-shirts in red, white, and blue— and the rest of the rainbow too! Families can visit CMOM’s Tie Dye July station as part of their two-hour session tickets. Children can take home their custom styles in a CMOM-provided travel carrier, to wear as a reminder of the power of self-expression.


Sunday, August 1st

6. Camp Kids: Puppets, Crafts and Magic @ Bryant Park - Stop by for Fun-filled afternoons with music, yoga, stories, magic, puppet shows, and science projects. Arts and crafts between shows! 

7. Friendly Farm Animals @ Aviator Sports and Events Center - SELECT YOUR DATE! ORDER YOUR TICKETS… and come meet ALL our amazing farm animals — PONIES, ALPACAS, LLAMAS, CALVES, PIGS, SHEEP, GOATS, BUNNIES, and more.


Monday, August 2nd

8. Little Maestros (Ages 3 Months- 3 Years) at Central Park - East 72nd Street -  You and your child will love our catchy original music, musical story-time, language development segments, funny and meaningful puppet shows, and "bubble music". Little Maestros is continuously creating! Each class is fresh and special. Friendships are made, children have the ideal experience for their developing minds and spirits, and everyone leaves with a smile!

9. Baby Lapsit @ Yorkville Library - Experience the fun and joy of Baby Lapsit! Babies from birth to 18 months old (Pre-Walkers) and their parents/ caregivers can enjoy great books, lively songs rhymes, and meet other babies in the neighborhood.


Tuesday, August 3rd

10. Toddler Art @ The Craft Studio (Upper East Side) - Toddlers' first exploration into art! With a step-by-step art lesson, and quick changing activities it is the perfect way to get your little ones excited to craft! We finish each class with a dance party to get our wiggles out!
