Friday, March 18th

1. Virtual: Yoga for all ages with Karma Kids Yoga - Enjoy Family Yoga for all ages via Zoom. Online classes are $15. 10:00 am - 10:45 am


Saturday, March 19th

2. Story Hour at Sugar Hill Children's Museum: An intimate storytelling presentation, takes place at 11:00am and 1:00pm. Each session features a solo performer with roots in the community. $7.00

3. Spring Workshop at Collina Italiana - 60-minute workshop for children ages 3 and up. Each workshop has a theme, usually centered around culture, art, holidays or upcoming occasions. Ages 3+. $40

4. Secrets of Telling Secrets at the Museum of Mathematics -  Explore cryptography, secret codes, and ciphers.  Join us for this introduction to the substitution cipher, which hides messages by replacing letters or groups of letters with other letters or groups of letters.  Using patterns and perseverance, learn how to create hidden messages — and how to break secret codes! For students in grades 3 through 6 and their families/caregivers. $10. 4:00 pm


Sunday, March 20th

5. Alley Pond Adventure Course: - When Alley Pond launched its public outdoor ropes course 14 years ago, it was NYC's only one. Elements include a "zip-line," a climbing and bouldering wall, a trust fall station, swings, nets, leaps, and balance platforms. The Adventure Course program lasts about two hours. Free programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Morning program registration takes place from 9:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m and afternoon program registration takes place from 1:00 p.m to 1:30 p.m. Anyone arriving late may be turned away. Ages 8 and up. FREE

6. Family Craft and Movie Matinee at the Brooklyn Time Out Market: The Time Out Market will be streaming a family fave film on the fifth floor and providing materials for a fun arts and crafts activity (coloring, watercolors) during the screening. And the fun continues! Your ticket will also get you complimentary access to the nearby Jane’s carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Tickets, which are $15 per person, include an event card to use towards the purchase of breakfast at Ess A Bagel or Clinton Street Baking Co. 7. Tuck Everlasting at the 92Y - What would you do if you had all eternity? Eleven-year-old Winnie Foster yearns for a life of adventure beyond her white picket fence, but not until she becomes unexpectedly entwined with the Tuck Family does she get more than she could have imagined. When Winnie learns of the magic behind the Tuck’s unending youth, she must fight to protect their secret from those who would do anything for a chance at eternal life. As her adventure unfolds, Winnie faces an extraordinary choice: return to her life or continue with the Tuck on their infinite journey. 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. For families with children ages 3-11. Monday, March 21st

9. Toddler Art and Crafts at the Craft Studio: Toddlers' first exploration into art! With a step-by-step art lesson, and quick changing activities it is the perfect way to get your little ones excited to craft! We finish each class with a dance party to get our wiggles out! All classes are capped at 8 kids with 8 caregivers. All sitting 3 feet apart. Masks are required for all caregivers and anyone over 2 years of age. Caregivers must participate and are responsible for children for the duration of each class. Ages 1.5 to 2.5 years old with an adult caregiver. $38 per class.10:00 am - 10:45 am.


Tuesday, March 22nd

10. Let's get Crafty at the Yorkville Library: Drop-in for a quick  March Spring Time craft. Bring your creativity and make something special to take home. Per NYPL policy, a face covering is required for all adults and children 2 years and older. Ages 3-12. FREE. 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
