5 Things to Do this Rainy Weekend in NYC, Upper East Side

Okay so the weather isn't cooperating with us, don't worry we have plenty of activities to keep us busy all weekend! 

Here are Macaroni KID NYC Upper East Side's picks for the five things to do in town with kids this week. Click on the links for all the details!

1. Seaport Discovery: Exploring our Waters with Eric Carle

Huge immersive murals will bring families into Carle’s book A House for Hermit Crab and the cargo-ship adventures of 10 Little Rubber Ducks. Visitors will enjoy activities, like meeting a live hermit crab, driving ferries on a giant play-table, and learning about cargo ships through the eyes of a rubber duck—all while exploring Carle’s use of color and pattern.

2. Sesame Street The Musical

Shows are Thursday through Sunday every week until end of November. Take your kids to have some fun with Elmo and Abby! Tickets start at $36 and they have lap seats available as well as rush seats!

3. Family Music & Storytelling with Kardemimmit & Bill Gordh

Oct 1st, FREE. Starts at 4pm. 

4. Gazillion Bubble Show

Shows Saturday at 11:00am and 2:00pm and Sunday at 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Let's make the most of this rainy day weekend. 

Tickets start at $59, Lap seats $20. 

5. Wake Up, Daisy! at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre

It's worth watching more than once! Tickets between $8-$12
