Description
The day includes a dynamic warm-up, lots of ninja obstacle courses, tumbling, precision jumps, climbing, rolling, basketball, and much more! Children also have the opportunity to design and take home their own obstacle course in a mini parkour design lab. Beginners through intermediate/advanced athletes are welcome! All children should bring a bagged lunch to the program. A snack is included.
