Description
In this session, you will learn a particular sequence of yoga postures,
taught in its full depth and dimension. You will go deeper than the posture
and go towards the root of the experience to differentiate what makes
asanas (yogic postures).
We will practice asanas, meditation with the goal to bring a balance in
body, mind and soul.
* This is for older kids and parents Vinyasa Yoga Class
* Please bring your own mat, water, accessories and towel to your Park Yoga
Session
* Please maintain a minimum of six feet distance from other participants
who are not members of your household
* Please wear a mask at all times when you may be keeping less than six
feet distance from others
* The instructor will not be making any hands-on adjustments during class
* Please stay home if you have any symptoms or feel unwell
